Service Delivery Manager

Dedicated to the betterment of societal development, technical assistance, and knowledge management, ABH has gained credibility and industry experience in the development sector in general ABH partners would like to invite applicants who meet the below requirements to apply for the position of Service Delivery Manager to be assigned in a prominent international Telecom Company/ZTE.

Duty station: Addis Ababa
Employment Status: Contract
Salary: Attractive 
Expected Start Date: Immediately after concluding the contract agreement.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
  • Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes or additions, as appropriate;
  • Establish documentation and procedural standards for deliverable Materials;

Job Requirements:
 Project Delivery Manager Requirement:

  • BA degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics or related fields.
  • 8+ years’ experience in telecommunication field
  • Sufficient knowledge on project management, team management, customer satisfaction
  • Related project management certificate is preferred such as, PMP, PMI
  • Working on after sale activity such as warranty delivery, SLA, R&R
  • Fluent in English communication, speaking and writing
  • Obey the direction from high management, compliance training and compliance exam
  • Give attendance and report in time
